the dxCitation System

DXY's mobile citation system

DXY is proud to introduce the dxCitation System (“dxCS”). Designed specifically for small to medium-sized municipalities, the dxCS is a simple, cost-effective way to electronically issue parking tickets and citations.

The dxCS provides cities and boroughs with an affordable means to issue parking and traffic citations, significantly increasing city revenue. Many cities can expect to see up to a 30% increase in ticket revenue within the first year.

Built on industry-standards and our dxServer technology, the dxCitation System provides a robust solution without the expense of a complex software implementation. The dxCS is fully hosted, allowing for efficient installations and Web-based easy of use.

The dxCS: Simple. Effective. Affordable.

Case Study: Warren, Ohio

The first city to use the dxCS

Warren is a city of 46,000 people in Northeast Ohio. As with many cities in this area, they have a large city square, a County courthouse and hospital. The challenge for Warren was that they had a legacy system, originally installed by a revenue-sharing organization. The system in place was failing and needed to be replaced.

Warren contacted DXY Solutions, makers of the dxCS, to implement a better solution. Elimination of the obsolete system was the first step. Using the dxCS, we implemented a new citation system that improved the efficiency, added to city revenues and provided a better interface to issue tickets.

The combination of efficiency and revenue produced a net return exceeding expectations. Now the City of Warren has a modern, efficient system on which to grow into the next decade.
